GESI Director, Richard Jackson, publishes in the Journal of the American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry

ANN ARBOR, Mich., January 28, 2008--

Richard Jackson, the new Graham Environmental Sustainability Institute Director, co-authored an article (along with June Tester, M.D., Ph.D., titled Environment Shapes Health, Including Children's Mental Health. In the February 2008 JAACAP issue, Jackson and Tester explain how the "progress" of the 20th century, namely the built environment, is negatively impacting the overall health of children.
